We’re officially under contract to install two complete Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, demonstrating the same attention to detail and commitment to quality that our residential clients know us for.

We're thrilled to be working alongside Provost Construction & Sons Inc., the general contractor spearheading the project. Our team is currently onsite, “wrapping” up the final duct runs as we prepare for inspections.

Two full VRF systems
Nine indoor units
A 10-ton Dedicated Outside Air System (DOAS)
Self-performed mechanical scope by Keystone
Integrated building management via Dantree controls
